  1. After registering for a new account, when I click the confirmation link from the email, it redirects me to a page that says “Thanks for your Registration”. However, when I enter my credentials to log in, it says invalid username or password
  2. I clicked the Forgot password link, but the page loaded without any fields or options to reset my password.
