In order to make life really easy for new users, I would like to show help modals to users on every page.

For the modals I think we can use the system message database. The modals should be triggered through a specific icon or button on each page (@design please suggest, where to put this).

I want to be able to use normal html in the modal, so I can show youtube embeds, text, bullet points, link to other pages, etc.
