Clonedesk will automatically assign a task to a user based on the user’s workload. When creating blueprints, you are required to assign at least 1 channel to each blueprint element so that the system knows to whom to assign the task.

Users who have “Access” to the channel, will be assigned to the task based on their workload.

Users with a “Preferred Worker” channel access will be favored over other users for automatic task distribution. Click the [Help] button on the Team Page to learn more about user roles and permissions.
