Clonedesk will automatically assign a task to a user based on the user’s workload. When creating blueprints, you are required to assign at least 1 channel to each blueprint element so that the system knows to whom to assign the task.<\/p>\n

Users who have “Access” to the channel, will be assigned to the task based on their workload.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Users with a “Preferred Worker” channel access will be favored over other users for automatic task distribution. Click the [Help] button on the Team Page to learn more about user roles and permissions.<\/p>\n
