When I clicked start, the page loaded, but the task was not assigned (1st element is set to BP started)<\/li>\n<li>There are no tasks displayed on [Manage] tab for the selected project<\/li>\n<li>I went back to the BP general detail page and noticed that the [start] &amp; [schedule] buttons are disabled.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>As a user with Org Manager and Project Manager rights, I should be able to start a WF.
