  1. Available & Private Tabs – when user activates a BP from these tabs
    \n>> User can still search for the BP from the tab it was activated from; and
    \n>> [+] Button should be disabled from the tab it was activated from<\/li>\n
  2. Private Tab – should be the same as [Available] tab, except display private BP’s
    \n>> do not display the [start] and [schedule] icons
    \n>> when user clicks [+] display the [start] and [schedule] icons AND display the blueprint on the Active Tab<\/li>\n
  3. Do not show two scroll bars, instead use same datatable plugin as in current blueprint overview\n
