Blueprints: Add “Tutorials” & “My Blueprints” Tabs

On the blueprints page please make the following changes:

1. Improve the mobile versions by using tab drop, and responsive data tables plugin
2. Add the tab “My Blueprints”. It shows the same columns as the “Active Blueprints” tab. Only difference is that it just shows blueprints of current user
3. Add the tab “Tutorials”. It shows only blueprints with the channel “example”(id = 784). As columns show “Name”, “Description” and “Actions”. Description shows the description of the blueprint.
4. Help texts are displayed on tab hover.
