Info’s Tab – Add description & improve the copy when a project is not selected from the side menu

1. When user is on the Info’s Tab, but a project is not selected from the sidebar, help text added “Please select a project from the side menu.”
2. If there are no projects in the organisation, help text added: “Add Project” button from the side menu to create a project for the organization.”
3. Added a tool tip above the table: “When a Blueprint Element contains a Project Field and is used on a workflow, field responses can be accessed and edited on this page.”
