CloneDesk is free up to 100 tasks per month. Once your organisation has reached this limit, you will not be able to start more blueprints unless you update your subscription.

We want you to get the most out of CloneDesk. From our own experience we know, pay per user always means that you think twice before adding a new user. The same goes with projects.

This is different with tasks: Each task means that you get work done.

So for you and us this is the best way to measure how much you REALLY use CloneDesk.

Yes. When you pay for a year up front, you’ll get two months free.

We also offer free accounts for teachers & students, and discounts for non-profits.

Self-setup is free. The same goes for cancellation. If you need help with setting up CloneDesk and/or processes, just buy our success services.

Absolutely. All of your data is encrypted using the same SSL technology that banks use to protect your money online. We also encrypt your data in the database.

You have complete control over who can access your blueprints, workflows and project information.

In CloneDesk you can be in different organisations with the same account – even with different user roles.

Per default, the amount of tasks is counted for each organisation. If you want to use a bigger payment plan for two or more organisations, let us know.
