Add Blueprint

  • Remove “Create Blueprint” button as it distracts from important actions
  • Add placeholder texts:
Blueprint Name = e.g. Weekly Project Management
    Workflow Name = e.g. [[workflow-start-date]]
Channels = e.g. Productivity, Mangement, Project Mangement (hit enter after entry) (add hashtag at beginning of field like here on slack: https://www.screencast.com/t/tTfzjntpS5)
Description = e.g. With this blueprint you can control your project on a weekly basis. Use Schedule Blueprint to start it weekly.
  • Improve Help texts
Blueprint Name = The blueprint name is always the same. It is displayed in the blueprints tab, workflows tab and on the task detail page.
Workflow Name = The workflow name is dynamic. This way users see the difference if you start a blueprint two or more times. Once you have added a first element you can change the workflow name.
Status = If set to active the blueprint can be used by other users according to Visibility Settings
  • Disable workflow name until a first element has been added to the blueprint. On mouseover show a text: You can change the workflow name after you have added the first blueprint element.
